Sculpt Arm Sleeves – Smoothing Upper-Arm Compression
Soft compression for your upper arm. A smoother contour as soon as it’s on.
Smoother arms, from the very first second
Even compression smooths the contour of your upper arm as soon as the sleeve is on — no waiting, no routine.
Held, not squeezed
Gentle, even support from above the elbow to the shoulder. Comfortable enough to forget you’re wearing it.
Invisible under your sleeve
Thin knit with a flat edge — lies under a blouse or cardigan with no line. Or wear it on show, in Beige or Black.
The same fabric as our leggings
90% polyamide, 10% elastane — the blend behind the Sculpt 3D™ Leggings, here as a stretchy band for your arm.
Sold individually — two make a pair
Two sleeves make a pair. With four you have a spare pair, so there’s always a clean one in the drawer.
How it works
The upper arm is the one spot most women can’t dress around. Sleeves ride up, the cardigan has to come off as soon as the room gets warm, and the fitting-room mirror catches it every time. This isn’t a treatment and it isn’t a promise about your body — it’s a garment that changes what you see the moment you put it on.
- Even pressure, elbow to shoulder. A close-fitting, even knit keeps the soft tissue of the upper arm smooth instead of letting it swing. That’s the whole mechanism — and it works the second the sleeve is on, not in six weeks.
- The same fabric as our leggings. 90% polyamide, 10% elastane — exactly the blend behind the Sculpt 3D™ Leggings. It stretches over the widest part of your arm and springs back into shape. We already know how it wears, washes and lasts, because this fabric is the foundation of the whole brand.
- Thin enough to disappear. Flat-edged and light enough for a blouse, shirt or cardigan, with no visible edge. Beige for under or on show, Black for everything else.
Roll it on. The smoothing effect is there instantly, as it is — that’s the honest test.
Wear it for a whole day. Eight hours of comfort is where most sleeves fail.
The full window of our guarantee. If they don’t earn their place in your drawer, send them back.
Fabric, fit & size
Sold individually. One sleeve per unit — two make a pair, four make a pair plus spares.
| Polyamide (nylon) | 90 % |
| Elastane | 10 % |
| Stretch | Four-way |
| Size | One size, stretchy |
| Machine wash | below 104 °F (40 °C) |
| Bleach / Iron / Dry clean | No |
One size, built to stretch. There’s nothing to choose. The knit stretches and springs back into shape, so it fits a wide range of upper arms — slim to full — without a single measurement and without a size chart.
Want a pair? Then choose “2 Sleeves". Your arms are a set.
Putting on & care
Bunch, then roll up. Bunch the sleeve up to the cuff, slide it over your hand and past your elbow, then roll the rest up. Don’t pull it up by the top edge — that’s how knits like this get stretched out.
Fit. The top edge belongs just below the shoulder seam of your top, the bottom just above the elbow so it doesn’t get in the way when you bend.
Wear. Made for all day, under clothes or on show. Take them off at night — nothing with elastane belongs on your arm for sixteen hours straight.
Wash. Machine wash below 104 °F (40 °C) with similar colors. Do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean — heat destroys elastane, and elastane is the reason this works. Reshape and lay flat to air dry, no dryer. Same care as your Sculpt 3D™ Leggings, because it’s the same fiber blend.

Everything you’re wondering — answered
Honest answers to what women ask us most before their first pair.
Is the effect permanent or only while I’m wearing them?
Only while you’re wearing them — and we’d rather say that upfront than argue about it later. This is a garment, not a treatment. It changes how your arm looks the moment you put it on. That’s the whole promise. Anyone who tells you a sleeve will permanently change your arm is selling you something they can’t deliver. What you’re buying is the chance to wear a top and not think about your arms all evening.
Will this get rid of the loose skin on my upper arms?
No. A sleeve doesn’t remove tissue, and we don’t pretend it does. What it does: it keeps the soft tissue of the upper arm smooth and still, so the loose skin doesn’t swing when you move. That’s what bothers most women the most — waving, reaching for the top shelf, jumping rope with the grandkids. This is made for that moment.
I’ve lost a lot of weight, but my arms haven’t changed. Will this help?
It’s the most common reason women buy them. You’ve done the hardest thing you’ve ever done, and got loose upper arms as a receipt. Surgery costs thousands and weeks of recovery; a sleeve is neither and doesn’t pretend to be. It gives you back sleeveless tops, short sleeves in summer and the fitting-room mirror — for the price of a single sleeve, with 90 days to decide.
I’ve had arm shapers that rolled down by lunchtime.
Then it was a badly made one. Cheap sleeves give out after an hour and the top edge loses its grip. Ours is made from the same 90/10 knit as our Sculpt 3D™ Leggings — a fabric that 100'000+ women have already worn, washed and kept. So we know how it holds up instead of hoping. The other half of the solution is putting it on: bunch it up and roll it on, don’t pull at the top edge. And if it still slips, that’s what the 90 days are for.
Am I too old for this?
No — and honestly, most of the women who wear them are in their fifties and sixties. Softer upper arms are what happens to everyone with time, weight changes or both. There’s no age at which a garment stops working.
Which size should I order?
There’s none to choose — One size, and it stretches. Four-way stretch knit made from the same 90/10 blend as our leggings: it stretches over the widest part of your arm and then back into shape instead of hanging loose. Choose your color, choose your quantity, done. No tape measure, no size chart.
My arms are fuller than average. Does “one size" right for me?
Fair question, and you’re right to be suspicious of that term — “fits all" has disappointed a lot of women. The honest version: the knit is built for a wide range, not a narrow one. But we don’t claim it fits every arm in the world. If you think you’re at the outer edge of the range, order anyway and use the 90 days — there’s no other way for either of us to find out, and returns cost you nothing.
Does it dig in or leave marks?
It shouldn’t. A stretchy sleeve lies flat and spreads the pressure along its whole length — that’s gentle everyday support, not a tourniquet. If you get a groove at the top edge or still see a mark twenty minutes after taking it off, it doesn’t fit your arm. Don’t push through it. That’s a return, and the 90-day guarantee covers it.
Can you see them under clothes?
They’re thin with a flat edge and invisible under a blouse, shirt or knit. Under very thin or tight fabrics you might make out the top edge — place it just below the shoulder seam and it disappears. Beige is the one to pick if you don’t want them to stand out when worn on show, Black, when they’re allowed to be part of the outfit.
Can I wear them all day? And at night?
All day: yes, that’s what they’re built for, under clothes or on show. At night: no. Nothing with elastane should stay on your arm for sixteen hours straight. Take them off at night, put them back on in the morning.
Can I wear them for workouts or walks?
Yes. The four-way stretch moves with you and the knit breathes — fine for a class, a walk or gardening. Wash afterwards, like anything you sweat in.
How do I put them on without stretching them out?
Bunch, then roll. Bunch the sleeve up to the cuff, slide it over your hand and past your elbow, then roll it up your arm. Don’t pull it up by the top edge — that’s exactly what stretches out the band and starts it slipping.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash below 104 °F (40 °C) with similar colors. Do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean — heat destroys elastane, and elastane is the reason they work. Reshape and lay flat to air dry. Without the dryer they keep their stretch much longer.
Why single and not as a pair?
Because not everyone wants the same thing. One sleeve is one sleeve — take two for a pair. Some want a pair plus spares so there’s always a clean one ready: that’s the four. Some only wear one. The per-piece price lets you put together exactly what you’ll use. Just make sure you select two if you want both arms — we’d rather say it twice than have a single sleeve show up at your door.
Is this medical compression?
No, and we don’t dress it up as one either. The compression is gentle and supportive, not medically prescribed. It’s an everyday garment. If you have a specific medical situation — swelling, circulation issues, an arm after surgery — talk to your doctor first and follow what they say, not a website.
What if they don’t work for me?
Then the 90-day money-back guarantee — three times as long as most brands in this category give you. Wear them, wash them, decide honestly. If they don’t earn their place, reach out for a full refund. No questions asked. The risk is on us, not you.
