Return & Withdrawal Policy

1. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) received the goods. If you ordered several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to m.k.a.m@gmx.de or by post to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order.

3. Returning the goods

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns must be sent to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage. For returns from the UK, please mark the parcel as “returned goods” on the customs declaration.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. 90-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at m.k.a.m@gmx.de within 90 days of delivery and send the item back to the address above. Return shipping costs are paid by you. After we receive the return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. This guarantee is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.

5. How to start a return

Email m.k.a.m@gmx.de with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm your request and the return address.
